How it works
- We will start with an Intake Session to identify your outcomes, clarify your vision and goals
- Some areas new EDs have focused on in their coaching:
- Best practices
- Identifying your strengths
- Problem solving your specific challenges
- Building skills on supervision, communication, facilitation
- We will set up a coaching schedule to work together by phone for 4 months, 2 to 4 times per month
- Through our conversations and email communication, I will partner with you to clarify, gain perspective and strategize and will give you support and accountability for your changes, leadership development and growth
